Equip any backpack with a panel or simply reinforce your LeatherbackGear backpack with additional stopping power. Each Level IIIA soft armor panel is NIJ certified to protect against nearly all handgun rounds up to .44 magnum, including 9mm submachine gun rounds, and even 12 gauge shotgun slugs.

Each Leatherback Gear backpack (purchased separately) comes equipped with two (2) hidden internal pockets designed to hold the level of armor you’d like to carry inside.
