The HRT Tactical RAC Plate Carrier is a modular plate carrier that's simple to put on and take off.

  • DURABLE - It's made of 500 Denier Cordura that's been treated with DuPont Teflon.
  • MODULAR - This HRT carrier has attachment points on the chest for an integrated Duraflex Buckle attachment system (which comes with all HRT Placards) for adding or removing equipment as needed.
  • FLEXIBLE - The MOLLE and Quick Release Cummerbunds can be added for more space to hold pouches or side-plate pockets. These additions can help you meet your operational needs.

HRT RAC vs HRAC; What's the Difference? 

There are only 2 differences between the HRAC and RAC style plate carriers. The first is that the HRAC comes in a medium plate carrier size which may fit some people better. The second is that the RAC's zip-on back panel ecosystem is replaced with a modular MOLLE rear to attach various placards in the HRAC model.

Does this come as a Woodland Plate Carrier?

Yes, the HRT HRAC has an M81 Woodland Plate Carrier option, meaning it is sold in woodland camo alongside normal multicam and multicam black.

What are some common accessories to add to this plate carrier?

The RAC plate carrier has the option of adding a QD or MOLLE cummerbund(sold separately) to it for additional storage and support. Another potential accessory is purchasing bulletproof plates (sold separately) to insert in the plate carrier.
