BulletSafe Side Armor for BulletSafe Vests Level IIIA

This side armor upgrade will fit BulletSafe Vests and BulletSafe Replacement Carriers manufactured after April 2nd, 2018. It allows you to have continuous, level IIIA side coverage. Use these armored side straps to upgrade your vest.

Side armor comes in four sizes:

S-M - This pair of side armor straps works with both the Small and Medium vests

LA - This pair of side armor straps works with a Large Vest

XL - This pair of side armor straps works with an Extra Large vest

2X - This pair of side armor straps works with a 2X vest, these also work with the 4X vest

The straps are 200mm wide, and the lengths are as follows:

S-M - 11 inches long (280mm)
LA - 12.5 inches (320mm)
XL - 14 Inches (350mm)
2X - 17.5 inches (450mm)

They are sold as a pair. You get two straps.

Notes: 4X Vests are sold on a separate page. XS Vests are too small to contain an accessory pocket on the front and back, so they lack this feature. Another note on bulletproof vest sizing: Your bulletproof vest needs to fit in one main area: around your stomach. The length of the vest is not important as you can use the shoulder straps to adjust it; the important factor to consider is the diameter of your midsection. If you have a large belly try to order at the top of your size range so that you can fasten the vest around your mid-section. If you are a competitive cyclist or bodybuilder with a slim waist, order at the bottom of your size range.
